And the most important factor to reach the utmost Customer Satisfaction is by maintaining the highest Quality in every aspect of our business.

This could be achieved by fulfilling the following points:

  • Create a Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001:2008 requirements, GDP guidelines set by the WHO and the GSDP guidelines set by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, and any other regulatory and mandatory requirements requested by the Client.
  • Communicate exhaustively with our customers, and internally with our employees, to continually improve our services, processes, Quality Management System, methods, and work, while ensuring that each customer is receiving the highest quality service at the committed cost and in a timely manner.
  • Follow a concept of continuous improvement and make best use of our management resources in all Quality matters.
  • Recruit, promote, motivate and develop skillful and competent employees.
  • Communicate our Quality objectives and our performance against these objectives throughout the Organization and to interested parties.
